2. Service description
- capture or import documents
- extract text through OCR
- classify documents by category and priority
- archive and consult processed documents
3. Access
Access is based on OTP email authentication. Users remain responsible for their mailbox and account access security.
4. Plans and quotas

5. Premium
Premium mode exists in the product, but public automated billing is not yet enabled in this version. Current Premium activation is handled administratively.
6. Liability
OCR and classification outputs are assistance tools only. Users remain solely responsible for administrative, tax, legal and contractual deadlines.
7. Acceptable use
- do not bypass quotas
- do not upload third-party documents without a valid basis
- do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity
8. Availability
PostAide is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, incidents or product evolution.
9. Governing law
The service is governed by Swiss law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory applicable law.
